Reuse the soldiers? How long doese the game last?

Hello Forum,

I have playd some missions and now the game says that the demo is ended. Doese the demo ends after a number of missions or after a number of days?

How can I reuse my soldiers in a new campaign?

the game (not a demo - we just did not update the end screens) ends when you played all maps that are integrated into the current campaign - but you can always create new campaigns (see http://ufo.myexp.de/wiki/index.php/Create_campaign ) for more information about this. if you want to play more maps, then you can also add some maps to the campaign definitions - read the articles in our wiki..

ps. if you e.g. create a new campaign - feel free to send it over to us to include it in the game

The game always halts on 5. October 2084. Where I can change this?
(In which stage-set I am short before the ending of the normal compaign? So I can add a nextstage entry to it.)

If I add a new stage and load the game on 4. October, will I be able to play it?

The new one RC6. I have played the normal compaign. There are 4 stages:
- intro with: first->terror_only->soldier_terror->ultimate_terror->stop
- ufos_are_coming with: first_coming->crashed_and_landed->stop_coming
- invasion with: first_invasion->stop_invasion
- alienbase with: first_alienbase->stop_alienbase

My last mission was africa. But if I change quota from 6 to 7, there is no next mission comming?

you can try to activate the random maps in rc6, too - see the wiki for more information - just use the existing mission entries from muission*.ufo in your campaign.ufo file to have more missions.

or fire up the mapeditor and generate new maps :-D (there is also a mapping article in our wiki ;-) )

you can also try the 2.1-dev version from mattn.ninex.info download section if you want to have some new maps (though they are most likely not activated in campaign.ufo) - but note, that this will break savegames from rc6
