Aliens replicate first round of fight

Hello

The aliens can replicate the first round of fight...
It's hard to see our fighters be shot before the can fire.
As the aliens can make actions the round 0 and choose all "replicate fire"
so, they shoot first. It's very difficult.

I suggest than aliens can't replicate the first round of fight.

Assuming "retaliate", not "replicate".
Actually, you have a strong advantage: You get to act first!
You need to use one of
-Shoot them into the back while the shooting soldier is out of field of view of any other alien.
-Disable reaction fire with flashbangs.
-Fire from within smoke.
-Fire through a wall.
