Proposal: deep in the water

Hello

Sorry, Im french, so I'll try to write in english.

Is it possible to make battle mission in the water, with an associate technologic tree ?
Like "UFO2 terror from the deep", the missions proceeding over the the differents sea of the world.

I'm frustrated when an ufo is crashing on the sea and we can't make the mission assiociated.

The the technological tree can incorpore "harpoon", "sea suit" "armor sea suit" and other items.

It could have different new maps about the seas.

No.
You need to project the flight route of UFOs and plan where to shoot them down accordingly. Sometimes it's just not possible though and better to sink it before it enters a large area without radar cover.

Yes, it is possible. It is just soooo much work, even Microprose sold it in a sequel product rather than adding it into their original X-Com game. We have no resources to do all the Maps, Models, Textures, Engine changes, Story-line and Gameplay changes, Balancing to have that bit of an eye-candy feature.
