Description
Unittests discovered that +urban_buildings don't have enough spawnpoints:

src/tests/test_game.cpp:364: Failure
Expected: (spawnAliens) >= (minAliens), actual: 24 vs 25
Error: Assembly buildings in mapdef urban_buildings from map +urban in singleplayer mode (aircraft: craft_drop_raptor ufo: (null)): Only 24 alien spawnpoints but 25 expected.
src/tests/test_game.cpp:291: Failure
Expected: (spawnAliens) >= (minAliens), actual: 22 vs 25
Assembly buildings from mapdef urban_buildings, map +urban(aircraft: craft_drop_raptor, ufo: (null)) in multiplayer mode defines at least one coop game mode, but does not have enough alien spawn positions for that. We expect at least 25 spawn positions for aliens, the map provides 22.
