While playing the map Busan (in Japan), in the north-northwestern kind of area, there was a lighthouse thing, surrounded by water, but connected to the map by a small bridge, two squares in width. However, I could not move any of my men onto or across the bridge.

This just made it worse: an alien was on the small lighthouse, so I had to get out of sight, let him come out from hiding, then move one of my snipers to take him out. Needless to say, he's dead now.

Any questions, and especially if this is not clear at all, please ask.

I ayed this map, and I confirm this does not happen on trunk.
