Description
After finishing your first alien base mission, you receive the alien psi device research option immediately, before your troops have returned to the base. Either the text needs to be updated, or the device needs to be put into storage only when they return to base. I would prefer the latter since that is how all other research items are done.

Secondary issue: alien psi device doesn't appear in the mail client.
