In the buy sell screen, can we get a button to navigate to the UFOpedia in the lower left panel (where the item selection is)
this button will open the ufo pedia for the selected item.

I find that as I am learning about the capabilities of the items, I like to read the background of the items (I like the UFOpedia stories) to get into the feel/background of the game. but I want it to be easy to get to the UFO pedia for the selected item.

The feature was implemented in r27616. There is still some work left:
- it's not yet working with UGVs (cvar:mn_item is not set for ugvs)
- UP_OpenWith doesn't update the tabs correctly on first call (no statistics for assault riffle for example).
- UFOPedia changes the itemdescription of market menu too, we should update market tab and list too.
- It would be nice to have this for production menu too.

Update in r27626:
- quicklink working for UGVs
- bonus: UGVs' model are shown in market, and UGV "stat" in pedia
- ufopedia layout updated so stat tab is available for items. not perfect, summary list not scrolled nor selected..

New artifact:
- somehow first, in market menu, model of Ares UGV has tower attached but not after opening pedia

Closing ufopedia resets the item description in market since r27646.

What is left:
- Scroll and select ufopedia index to the selected topic
- cleanup the ufopedia call. it's a bit hacky now.
