I can't transfer equipment to the aircraft. I produced
3 extra kevlar vests and can't equip my squad with
them, because it doesn't work to transfer them from the
base store to the aircraft.

Other thing. In production screen, when changing the
prodution output for an item, the image for that item,
e.g. an ammo clip, freezes, and can't modify the
production for other items

1. Did you try dragging the armor onto your soldier's torso?
2. Did you try that little button with cross on it, between
the arrows?
3. Did you try the middle mouse button for turning your
soldier on battlefield?

I'm having the same problem. Bought a bunch of equipment and
it was associated with the 1-person aircraft rather than the
dropship. All my manufactured kevlar ... same thing.

Couldn't figure out how to transfer it (transfer button did
nothing). Tried equipping a dudette and transfering her, but
the equipment stayed with the wrong ship.

the transfer menu is for transporting equipment from one base to another one - not to equip your soldiers.
