in the basebuilding-screen, the text under the cursor
is not properly highlighted.

The screenshot shows the cursor on "Radar",
but the highlight is on "Team Room", one line up.

Also, when clicking at that position,
the wrong highlighted entry would be selected.

This is confusing at best...

The same is also broken in the production menu. This is a
side-effect of my wonderful patch, I guess. If so, this
should be easy to fix. Just count lines correctly...
