a) Soldiers and items does only work properly when
you choose the first 8 soldiers
b) Buildings in general are somewhat broken
c) at a map if i use grenades, the soldier drops the
grenade where he is, and the game becomes "black"
still in battlescreen. You can choose replay, but not
abort
d) If you set up a radar, all the alien ships as long
on radar keep reseting your time accelleration. The
only way, to "somewhat" get forward, you keep your
finger on "m", as soon the ship leaves the radar this
means hilarious accelleration.
e) Research is completly broken
1)you cannot assign researchers as supposed, you
can only assign 2 in all. but if you set up quarters
things do speed up.
2) if you remove researchers from a project, they
sometimes do not turn up anymore -> you might end up
with 0 researchers ... thus impossible to research
anything
3) Usually if a project is finished then
researchers become available again.
4) save and reload and all your research progress
is lost. as this game does crash sometimes this is a
real problem.

f) Marioko is a site that is not on the worldmap. At
least i can't find any red cross, and after some time
you get a fine for not helping.

g) the base items are of very limited quantity.
especially kevlar vests, but also sniper rifles and
the other weapons can get out of ammo, and there is
no way to get more of them if they are sold out.
(global shortage of sniper rifle clips ??? rofl)

Summary:
You got quite far, but it's not worth to be called a
release candidate.
