Description
While developing and testing, I assembled a lot of unfinished, experimental or otherwise dubious maps. Now, when running 'testall' (testall --only-MapDefTests --log), it also reads my 'devmaps.ufo' and tries to test those mapdefs, which ends badly all the times. This leaves me with removing 'devmaps.ufo' -> running 'testall' -> restoring 'devmaps.ufo' everytime.

Maybe it would be possible to make 'testall' check whether a file is listed in the /.git/info/exlude file, in which case it could savely be ignored?
